How Advisum Property's independent advisory model works
Advisum Property is an independent intermediary and does not handle payments, legal transactions or ownership transfers. All contracts are signed directly between the buyer and the developer, all payments go directly from your bank account to the developer's account, and ownership is registered in your name in the Montenegrin land registry.
Advisum receives a commission from the project developer when a sale completes. The commission is paid by the developer, not by you, and the purchase price is the same whether you come through Advisum or approach the developer directly. What you gain is independent project vetting, legal partner coordination and personal guidance throughout, at no cost to you.
